You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
If you ordered several items, you will likely receive them in separate packages.
These are estimated delivery times which do not take into account any customs or post services delay that may occur due to covid-19 or the holidays. We recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure holiday peace of mind.
Note that it happens very rarely but it is your responsibility to pay for your country custom duties if required.

Our team is taking extra caution and every sanitary effort possible to ensure your packages are handled safely and responsibly. This in no way will affect our shipping times and as of now, our shipping carrier has announced no delays in delivery.
International orders, however, have been experiencing delays with shipments. Our postal carrier has informed us that due to flight restrictions and reduced staffing, international packages can take 1 week before entering the domestic country.
We understand this is frustrating but please know that we are doing everything on our end to make sure your order gets to you in a timely manner.

"I ordered multiple items, but I have received my parcel holding just 1 of them."
If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
"I paid for my order but did not get a confirmation email"
Please check your spam folder, some emails might end up there. If you need to contact us, we are available at firstname.lastname@example.org
"I placed an order but I would like to cancel it, is it possible?"
Please email us at email@example.com in this case. We will be able to cancel your order only if it hasn't been shipped already. A cancellation fee of 10% of your total order amount will be deducted from your refund to cover the refund fee that our payment gateway charges us.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are welcome anytime within 14 days of your original receipt of your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Refunds are issued as store-credit.
Any item that falls into the mandala or home decor categories is not exchangeable or refundable. These products are final sale.
Custom orders are non refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, we will send you your store credit by email. The original shipping cost of $3.95 is non refundable.
Sale items and orders placed using promotion codes cannot be returned.
A 10% restocking fee may be applicable.
Damaged/ Not as described products:
Returns are welcome anytime within 7 days of your original receipt of your order if the items are not as described or damaged. Simply return the items to us, and we'll provide a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
