If you ordered several items, you will likely receive them in separate packages.

These are estimated delivery times which do not take into account any customs or post services delay that may occur due to unforseen circumstances. We recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure peace of mind.

Note that it happens very rarely but it is your responsibility to pay for your country custom duties if required.

"I ordered multiple items, but I have received my parcel holding just 1 of them."

If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package.  Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

"I paid for my order but did not get a confirmation email"

Please check your spam folder, some emails might end up there. If you need to contact us, we are available at

 "I placed an order but I would like to cancel it, is it possible?"

Please email us at in this case. We will be able to cancel your order only if it hasn't been shipped already. A cancellation fee of 10% of your total order amount will be deducted from your refund to cover the refund fee that our payment gateway charges us.


Returns & Refunds

We welcome return requests within 14 days of receiving your order. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Refunds are issued as store credit.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
  2. You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will process it and notify you by email.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will issue your store credit via email. Please note that the original shipping cost of $3.95 is non-refundable. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Damaged/Not as Described Products:

Returns for items that are damaged or not as described are welcome within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please do not send your purchase back to the address on the package.
