Tigers Eye is a powerful stone that aids harmony and balance, and helps you to release fear and anxiety. It stimulates taking action, and helps you to make decisions with discernment and understanding, and unclouded by your emotions. Traditionally it was carried as an amulet against curses or ill-wishing, and is known to give you courage, self confidence and strength of will. It enhances creativity and is one of the stones that aid kundalini awakening and balances the brain.

Lapis Lazuli activates the psychic centers at the Third Eye, and balances the energies of the Throat Chakra. The Brow Chakra, also called the Third Eye, is the center of our perception and command. It directs our sight and everyday awareness of the world. As a protection stone, Lapis Lazuli protects from psychic and physical attacks. It can be used in protection grids, worn, or carried to bring these protection energies.

Malas are used for keeping count while reciting, chanting, or mentally repeating a mantra or the name or names of a deity. This sādhanā (practice) is known in Sanskrit as japa. Malas are typically made with 18, 27, 54 or 108 beads.

Size Guide

Bracelets come in many different sizes and shapes and are a lovely addition to your jewelry collection. When it comes to choosing a bracelet, it is key to make sure that the sizing is just the right fit. The best way to do this is to measure your wrist size. You can use one of the two methods below to do this.

Option 1: With a measuring tape

- Make sure the palm of your hand is facing up
- Open your hand (doing so will ensure you get the real size of your wrist when it’s the largest)
- Snuggly wrap a measuring tape around your wrist
- Read the size on the measuring tape, preferably in inches or centimeters

Option 2: With a piece of paper or string

If you do not have a measuring tape, your piece of paper or string can function pretty much the same way. Wrap the paper or string around your wrist and mark with a pen or marker where the two pieces overlap. Then take your piece of paper or string and measure mark to mark on your ruler.
