We offer FREE WORLDWIDE shipping for all orders over $50*.
Most orders will arrive between 7 and 35 days worldwide. We source our inventory from several jewelry and product designers within the US, Europe, and Asia. In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest styles we work directly with our suppliers. In very rare cases for orders from South America or Africa it can take up to 60 days.
Once the order is shipped out, you'll receive a shipping notification email from Free Spirit Shop. Please allow 14-35 days for most orders to ensure proper quality assurance for creation, packaging, and shipment. In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on the destination. Your patience is truly appreciated. If you ordered several items, you will likely receive them in separate packages.
We guarantee the delivery of our parcels. If you do not receive your parcel within 60 days of purchase we will process a full refund or reship the item to you free of charge
Note that it happens very rarely but it is your responsibility to pay for your country custom duties if required.

Frequently Asked Questions
"I ordered multiple items, but I have received my parcel holding just 1 of them."
If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.
"I paid for my order but did not get a confirmation email"
Please check your spam folder, some emails might end up there. If you need to contact us, we are available at email@example.com
"I placed an order but I would like to cancel it, is it possible?"
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in this case. We will be able to cancel your order only if it hasn't been shipped already. A cancellation fee of 10% of your total order amount will be deducted from your refund to cover the refund fee that our payment gateway charges us.
Returns are welcome anytime within 7 days of your original receipt of your order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Refunds are issued as store-credit. You will receive a promo code of the amount of your order which you can use at a later date.
Any item that falls into the mandala category is not exchangeable or refundable. These products are final sale.
Custom orders are non refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Damaged/ Not as described products:
Returns are welcome anytime within 7 days of your original receipt of your order if the items are not as described or damaged. Simply return the items to us, and we'll provide a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
